ORDERING INFORMATION

• ORDER BY CREDIT CARD:  Use the shopping cart feature on each item's page.
• ORDER BY CHECK / MONEY ORDER / FAX:  See "Printable Order Form" for an order form to fill out, then mail it along with your payment or fax it with your credit card information.  Instructions are on order form.
• All payments must be in US Dollars
• Please allow two weeks delivery for special order items.
• FREE Gift Card available with each order.
• Special requests will gladly be considered!  Please email me with your request.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

• Photo albums, baby books, picture frames, journals, and document organizers are covered in beautiful oriental silk brocade fabrics.
• For personalized items, your name and character code numbers are kept on file.  The code numbers will not change so you may place future orders using the same code numbers.  No need to request the same characters again.  If you can't remember your code numbers, please email me.
• Limit of two characters on Chop Stamps.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

• I no longer ship overseas, sorry.  
• There are no shipping charges on all orders shipped Standard within the US.  99% of orders are shipped via Priority Mail, the rest are shipped via 1st Class Mail.
• I no longer offer UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air shipping.  Due to the numerous options available for most items here, your items are created for you when you order them - I do not have a supply of finished items on hand.  There are times when it is not physically possible for me to have your order processed and completed in time to benefit from these expidited shipping methods. 

WHOLESALE

• I've been asked numerous times to offer my products wholesale.  Unfortunately, this isn't possible due to the fact that I have an eight year old daughter and a "day job" that keep me very busy, along with owning/operating this web store.  I just don't have the time to devote to making a large volume of items in addition to the other orders I receive each day.   Thank you for understanding.

RETURNS

• If you wish to return an item, you must contact me within 30 days after receiving your order.  A refund or exchange will be offered.
• Personalized items can not be returned unless damaged during shipping.
• Shipping charges are not refunded.
• Chinese Adoption Document Organizers And MORE is not responsible for items lost in the mail.
