Misc Additional Costs 

Many of my customers have special order requests that may require additional costs.  These costs are not regular shopping cart items and, in the past, had to be paid separately.  Therefore, the following shopping cart item will cover those special requests to make ordering online much easier.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS FUNCTION UNLESS INSTRUCTED TO DO SO!

To use this function, enter the exact dollar amount as your Quantity, enter the reason for your additional cost, then click on "Add To Cart".

For example, if you need to provide $18.00 for a silk brocade binder with no pages inside, simply enter the quantity "18.00" (without quotes) in the box where the number "1" is shown.  Don't forget to include a decimal point!   Please include your reason for the additional cost in the box provided.  This is a requirement of using this function.  Please be specific (ie. "Red Flower Blossom binder" (without quotes)).

Click on "Add To Cart".  A message window will pop up saying you are adding $18.00 to your shopping cart - click on "OK". 

Please include zeros when entering a whole dollar amount (ie. 18.00 - not 18).  All dollar amounts are in US Funds.
